Tracy Day Camp 2014

June 25th - 27th

 8:30am - 5:00pm

*Annual Health and Medical Forms part a and b along with a copy of your insurance medical card should be turned in

  1. to your Pack's camping coordinator    or
  2. e-mailed directly to the Day Camp Director (listed below).

Anyone attending camp (adult leader volunteers, cub scouts, youth helpers/den chiefs and tot-lot siblings) must submit medical forms.

Cancellation Policy: All fees are non-refundable with the exception of summer school, a death in the immediate family, or a doctor's excused illness in which all but $35 will be refunded. Requests must be submitted in writing with appropriate documentation (i.e.: doctor's excuse or summer school enrollment verification). Refund requests can be submitted at any time and no refund requests will be awarded after September 1, 2014.
