Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills for Boy Scout Leaders teaches you the outdoor skills that a Boy Scout needs to achieve the rank of First Class.  It also helps leaders become more comfortable teaching these skills to Boys Scouts, Team members, or Crew members so that they may participate in the Outdoor Program.
