Camp Schedule:

Tuesday, May 30, 6:00 - 8:00 pm. Cubs attend with their parent(s) for Round-up. All participants and volunteers will turn in medical forms, boys will receive shooting sports safety training (required before they can participate in shooting sports through the week), boys will receive camp t-shirts, backpacks, etc., and volunteers will receive final instructions and assignments. We will also enjoy fiddling, fun, crafts, and games for parent-child teams. Don't miss this important start to camp! (No tot lot or dens are arranged for Tuesday night. All boys should come with a parent/guardian).

Wednesday, May 31 - Friday, June 2, camp begins at 3:45. Parents should bring their Cubs to their den table to sign in.

Wed and Thurs, camp ends at 8:00. Parents should come to their Cubs' den table to sign them out.

Friday, camp ends with a gala finale, to which families are invited, 7:30 - 8:30.

Early Discount
Before 5/3/2017 a discount of $10.00 will apply to all Tiger Cub Scout Registrants.
Before 5/3/2017 a discount of $10.00 will apply to all Wolf Cub Scout Registrants.
Before 5/3/2017 a discount of $10.00 will apply to all Bear Cub Scout Registrants.
Before 5/3/2017 a discount of $10.00 will apply to all Webelos Scout Registrants.
Late fee
After 5/14/2017 a fee of $10.00 will apply to all Tiger Cub Scout Registrants.
After 5/14/2017 a fee of $10.00 will apply to all Wolf Cub Scout Registrants.
After 5/14/2017 a fee of $10.00 will apply to all Bear Cub Scout Registrants.
After 5/14/2017 a fee of $10.00 will apply to all Webelos Scout Registrants.
Cancellation Policy
All fees are non-refundable with the exception of summer school, a death in the immediate family, or a doctor's excused illness in which all but $35 will be refunded. Requests must be submitted in writing with appropriate documentation (i.e.: doctor's excuse or summer school enrollment verification). Refund requests can be submitted at any time and no refund requests will be awarded after September 1, 2017.
