We are in a bind... and everyone can help with this service project.
You may or may not know that Zion's camp has been under water for all of this year (until recently) and this has created a huge problem. The LDS Camporee and then the Council Cub Family Camp is less than 8 weeks away and we hate to say it but because the camp was under water we are not ready and we really need everyone's help.
Can every scout help? Yes! We hear that there is an awesome LDS camporee planned for all the young men (coming up Oct 13th and 14th) and the Greater Yosemite Council Cub Family Camp follows on the 20th - 21st.
Michael Heidorn has been asked to spearhead Zions camp and he can't do it alone. Please come (with boys and tools) to Zion's camp on any of these Saturdays (August 26th, September 2nd or 9th). Please coordinate with Mike Heidorn at 209-613-9073 - mheidorn@joneshall.com
