*Annual Health and Medical Forms part a and b along with a copy of your insurance medical card should be photocopied and brought to camp.  Use the following link to locate and download Medical Forms:

Anyone attending camp (adult leader volunteers, cub scouts, youth helpers/den chiefs and tot-lot siblings) must submit medical forms.

Early Discount
Before 5/31/2020 a discount of $10.00 will apply to all Bear Cub Scout Registrants.
Before 5/31/2020 a discount of $10.00 will apply to all Tiger Cub Scout Registrants.
Before 5/31/2020 a discount of $10.00 will apply to all Webelos Scout Registrants.
Before 5/31/2020 a discount of $10.00 will apply to all Wolf Cub Scout Registrants.
Late fee
After 6/3/2020 a fee of $10.00 will apply to all Bear Cub Scout Registrants.
After 6/3/2020 a fee of $10.00 will apply to all Tiger Cub Scout Registrants.
After 6/3/2020 a fee of $10.00 will apply to all Webelos Scout Registrants.
After 6/3/2020 a fee of $10.00 will apply to all Wolf Cub Scout Registrants.
Cancellation Policy
All fees are non-refundable with the exception of summer school, a death in the immediate family, or a doctor's excused illness in which all but $35 will be refunded. Requests must be submitted in writing with appropriate documentation (i.e.: doctor's excuse or summer school enrollment verification). Refund requests can be submitted at any time and no refund requests will be awarded after September 1, 2020
