The District Committee coordinates all of the functions of the district for the purposes of organizing and supporting quality units, carrying out the policies and objectives of the council and extending the program to the greatest number of youth.  The district is responsible for carrying out four standard functions:  Membership, Finance, Program and Unit Service.
