Silver Beaver Nominations It is once again time to nominate your fellow Scouters for the highest Council Award the Silver Beaver.  This award recognizes outstanding service to youth. Scout leaders who have served “beyond the call of duty” -- in number of years, number of volunteer assignments, or as leaders of special significant projects may be selected.   Flyer
