National Youth Leadership Training is an exciting, action-packed program designed for councils to provide youth members with leadership skills and experience they can use in their home troops and in other situations demanding leadership of self and others.

NYLT ADULT STAFF REQUIREMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS:

• Staff members will live by the Scout Oath, or Sea Scout Oath and Scout Law at all time.
• Staff member will be present themselves as role models in conduct and uniform.
• Staff member will attend all meetings associated with this training.
• Proper advanced preparation is expected for all assignments.
• Staff selection is subject to the approval of the Course Director and the Greater Yosemite Council

NYLT YOUTH STAFF REQUIREMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS:

• Youth staff must be at least 14 years of age, but not yet 21 by June 16, 2023.
• Youth staff must have completed the NYLT course.
• Staff members will live by the Scout Oath, or Sea Scout Oath and Scout Law at all time.
• Staff member will be present themselves as role models in conduct and uniform.
• Staff member will attend all meetings associated with this training.
• Proper advanced preparation is expected for all assignments.
