BACKPACK DRIVE

Attention all Scoouters, Greater Yosemite Council (GYC) is partnering with the Latino Community Roundtable (LCR) for the 6^th Annual Back-2-School BACKPACK Drive.  We recognize that there's is a great need in our community to donate new backpacks to our children in Stanislaus County.  The goal is to donate 1,250 stuffed backpacks to local K-8 grade students.  Thanks to the community support in 2013 LCR was abe to donate over 1,000 backpacks to children in need throughout Stanislaus County.

GYC and LCR would like to kindly request your support by becoming a sponsor and help us support our local students.  Your donation will get us closer to reaching our goal of 1,250, backpacks.  Below are a few ways you can support this important Cause:

·         Donate Backpack (the GYC Modesto office)

·         Become a sponsor ($100, $500…..)

·         Donate School Supplies (pencils, erasers, rulers, binders, etc.)

·         Make a monetary Donation ($20 will provide one child with a stuffed backpack)
