The winner of the Cub Scout Stock division will be memorialized on a plaque in the Council Service Center.

THE DECISIONS OF THE JUDGE(S) AND/OR RACE OFFICIAL(S) ARE FINAL. IF ANY SCOUT OR SPECTATOR SHOW UNSPORTSMANSHIP CONDUCT OR ARE DISRUPTIVE TO THE FLOW OF THE RACE THEY WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE RACING LOCATION IMMEDIATELY.

No. Everybody can participate.
What time does the race start?
Car weigh in starts at 11, racing starts at noon.
